About me
“My passion is to help people and organisations thrive.”
Mary Dees MSc, TA Dip Psych, MBACP
I am an experienced psychotherapist, trainer and consultant in mental health, behavioural dynamics and sustainable development.
I am passionate about helping people and organisations thrive and flourish in this world full of uncertainty and challenge. As an experienced psychotherapist I believe that thriving comes from:
· Greater understanding of ourselves and others.
· Skills in effective communication.
· Increased compassion for ourselves and others.
· Stronger self-belief and confidence.
I use a blend of transactional analysis, gestalt, behavioural economics and other ideas for training, individual coaching, group coaching/facilitation, consultancy and structural change.
I support people at any level within an organisation to enhance their personal wellbeing and effectiveness. I focus on helping people develop internal resources through self-awareness, understanding behavioural dynamics, building self-belief and taking personal responsibility for change.
